  • 25th Annual Crusader Auction – April 9

    Bishop Canevin High School will be SHINING brightly at its 25th Annual Auction– “An Evening Among the Stars” being held on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at the West Club at Heinz Field.

    Our Annual Auction is being hosted to raise scholarship money for deserving students who cannot afford a private school education. There will be both silent and live auctions, along with a gourmet dinner shared by hundreds of alumni, past and current parents, community leaders, faculty, staff, and friends of the school.   • Principal’s Appreciation Lunch
    & Ring of Honor Celebration
    Saturday, April 16 – 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

    Our 2016 celebration will be held on Saturday, April 16 at the Cardinals Great Hall at. St. Paul Seminary 2900 Noblestown Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15205 – adjacent to Bishop Canevin High School. Our Distinguished Honorees are a diverse group of men, women and organizations connected by a common thread: they all practice Bishop Canevin’s mission of leading “a life anchored in faith, a life enriched by learning and a life enhanced through service to others.” To submit an alumnus, former teacher or school friend for consideration, click this link and complete and submit the nomination form/s provided.  More information to come.

    Thursday, April 21 to Saturday, April 23

    Bishop Canevin’s Annual School Musical is Guys and Dolls under the direction of BC Alumna Emily Lorence ’11.  More information to come as the weeks unfold. Program book advertisers are needed. Click here to find out how you can help! Save the dates – Alumni Night is Friday, April 22.

    Open House
    for 6th – 11th Grade Students & Families
    Wednesday, April 27 – 6:30 – 8:30PM

    Prospective students and their families are invited to tour the campus, meet administrators, teachers, parents, students, moderators, and coaches to learn more about Bishop Canevin High School. Our Spring Open House Tour is on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. with the last tours beginning at 8:00 p.m. After the tour, stop and meet with our guidance counselor and business office staff to address your questions concerning the application and admission process, the 8th grade High School Placement Test, financial aid, and scholarships. Pre-registration is not required. For questions, contact our Director of Admissions and Enrollment Marianne Reinhart, 412.922.7400 ext. 228.
