Senior Nathan Kirsch was recognized as the latest recipient of the AMDG award. The award, established this year goes to students who live Bishop Canevin's mission and "Do All Things for the Greater Glory of God." Nathan is member of NHS and St. Ignatius Scholar who carries a 4.6 GPA. Both he and his family value the importance of service and volunteer each Thanksgiving serving meals to the homeless and needy. As a member of the Soccer and Basketball teams Nathan is highly regarding my his teammates and coaches and in the case of Soccer has served as a captain since his Sophomore year. A positive attitude and perseverance have defined Nathan's senior year as an ankle injury sidelined him for the entire soccer team. He maintained a positive attitude, supported his teammates, rehabbed, and is a key reason why the Basketball team is undefeated section champions.
