Four members of [BC] ²—the Bishop Canevin Book Club-- recently competed in the South Hills Lit Fest at Baldwin High School. Lilly Chabala, Renee LaGrosse, Theresa Skindzier, and Katie Drauch prepared for the day by reading the four required novels and creating a movie poster for one of the books. Events at the Lit Fest included a keynote speech by author Stephanie Keyes, a poster contest, a Battle of the Books challenge based on the novels, and a literary discussion of  Educated by Tara Westover. This is the first time that Bishop Canevin students have participated in this literary festival. Congratulations on a great competition!
