IMPORTANT: Please allow (and plan for) 10 business/school days from the date a completed transcript request form is submitted to the Main office or NagyJ@BishopCanevin.org for the Counseling Office staff to process and send your transcript/letter of recommendation packet.
Note: The Counseling Office cannot send transcripts if there is a hold on an account. If there is a hold on your account, you will be notified, please contact the Business Office to determine how to resolve the hold.

Students who have limited financial resources may use [fee waiver forms] when applying for college. The purpose of these forms is to ensure equitable postsecondary access and thus is intended for first-time undergraduate applicants who meet one or more of the economic need criteria identified on the forms.
A school counselor, college/university support personnel, or principal at the student's school OR an official from a community-based organization must completes the Authorized Official section and personally verify the student's economic eligibility.
