This class is designed as an introductory outlet into the world of fitness. Students will learn and perform topics such as muscular endurance, muscular strength, cardiovascular fitness, and flexibility. Some concepts will include weight training, conditioning, yoga and much more. We will focus on technique and execution rather than productivity. This class will be in depth and cater to each individual. Students will have the flexibility to work at their own pace. By the end of this class students will have a better understanding of fitness and become more confident on the subject.
