This course is designed to strengthen students’ basic math skills and their understanding of algebraic concepts. Topics presented include: evaluating algebraic expressions, solving linear equations, functions, operations with polynomials, and operations with algebraic fractions, solving quadratic equations, ratios and proportions, integral exponents, equations in two variables, slope, and systems of equations.
