Exploration of new and more complex aspects of materials and techniques is covered in Intermediate Studio Art. Emphasis is placed on refining basic skills and developing new talents through varied projects that include perspective and portrait drawing, clay sculpture, calligraphy, woodworking, scratchboard, and exploration of new art materials available on the market. Students are expected to have a mature attitude and be able to take initiative in responsibly exploring all possibilities of a project.
