¡Hola! Since the moment I started teaching Spanish here in 2017, I have loved every minute. Spanish has been a passion of mine since a young age and I am so blessed to be able to teach it to the students here at Bishop Canevin. Along with teaching, I also decided to start up the International Club here at our school. Our club centers around a week dedicated to celebrating the cultures and traditions of our classmates and the world. Events that take place during this week include an International Mass, a World Fair, and much more. My experience living in Spain has allowed me to see much of the world and instilled in me a great passion to travel. Also, having taught in Madrid, I have incorporated a Pen Pal program with Spanish students in my classes. My goal as a Spanish teacher is to spark the students’ interest in the world and make them more aware of the cultures that surround them.
