Shadow days are available from October through April.
The best way to imagine yourself as a Crusader is to schedule a Shadow Day at Bishop Canevin. Shadow students in grades 8-11 participate in classes, interact with BC students and teachers, and sample a Crusader lunch! Shadow Days are tailored to meet the academic interests and talents of the prospective student.
Registration is required; please complete the Shadow Day Request Form below.
Drop Off and Pick Up
Shadow days begin at 8:30 AM and conclude at 1:45 PM. Please enter through the main entrance and proceed to the Main Office for student sign-in. Parents/guardians are asked to sign their students out in the main office at 1:45 PM (of course, drop-off and pick-up times can be adjusted). Please arrive 30 minutes early if you would like to take an optional school tour. Visitor parking is available in front of the main school entrance.
Attire
Shadow students are asked to wear their school uniform, if applicable. Otherwise, students can wear clothing that is in line with their current school's dress code. Skirts must be an appropriate length (fingertip rule). We also ask that students do not wear sweatpants, leggings, athletic wear, hoodies, or hats.
Lunch
Lunch will be provided by Bishop Canevin, however students can pack a lunch if preferred.
