Emphasis throughout this course is on reading, analyzing and solving application problems, and SAT related problems. Topics include the real number system, operations with rational, irrational, and imaginary numbers, as well as solving literal, absolute value, and polynomial, radical and exponential equations. Inequalities, systems of equations, functions, and their graphs are also presented. A TI-83 or TI84+ is required.
