1. Apply online. A limited number of spots are available for each incoming class, so apply early!
2. Bishop Canevin High School will contact your current school to request transcripts and an acceptance decision will be made.
3. Register for the High School Placement Test. All incoming freshmen are required to take this test.
4. If interested, apply for financial aid and scholarships by March 15, 2023.
5. Students will be notified of financial awards in April. Class scheduling typically occurs in May/June.

3. Pending transcript review, students and parents will be asked to schedule an Admissions Interview. If students are applying for a mid-year transfer, class scheduling may also be discussed during the Admissions Interview.
4. An acceptance decision will be made and additional details regarding tuition, uniforms, etc. will be discussed.

2. Submit an official Student Transcript, translated in English. This can be mailed to Bishop Canevin High School at 2700 Morange Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15205 or emailed to konklej@bishopcanevin.org.
3. Pending transcript review, a virtual Admissions Interview will be scheduled to learn more about the student and determine fluency in English.
4. An acceptance decision will be made and additional details regarding tuition, class scheduling, uniforms, etc. will be discussed.
5. Following acceptance, Bishop Canevin will issue a Form I-20 which is then used by the student to apply for a Nonimmigrant Student Visa.
Bishop Canevin High School is certified by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to accept F-1 international students. Students and their families are responsible for identifying a place of residence for the student's stay.
