This class is designed for a student who already has a basic understanding of weight training and conditioning. Students will learn new age workouts and exercises. Students will be fully engaged and active for the entirety of the class. The main emphasis and focus will be catered around weight training and conditioning. By the end of this class you will be able to use these unique and individualized practices confidently.
