Apply for Financial Aid
Bishop Canevin utilizes FACTS Management, an independent Financial Aid Vendor, to assess family financial need. The application period opens in late-January and closes on March 15. Families who apply by March 15 will receive their financial package in April/May.

Endowed by faculty, organizations, individuals and families, Bishop Canevin High School is able to offer incoming students a number of scholarships based on academics, service, leadership and/or financial need. Students are evaluated for each grant whose criteria they meet. Applications are due by March 15.
Once received in April/May, families are asked to review and acknowledge their financial package. This acknowledgement starts the official enrollment process and opens up eligibility for class scheduling. Bishop Canevin works hard to make a Catholic education possible for all families and, as such, we welcome any questions you may have regarding your financial package.
Scheduling for incoming freshmen typically begins in late-April/May. Recommendations for freshman courses are made based on a combination of grade school academic records, standardized test scores, and the High School Placement Test results.
Students transferring at the start of a new school year will schedule classes over the summer once final report cards are available.
